One Size Fits Most

While the Deviceware service is flexible and an open platform for delivering remote diagnostic services, we realize that it may not meet everyone's needs. If you have a special interface or need a custom device driver created, please talk to us. We have significant depth of experience in creating these types of tools and interfaces, and we're always available to discuss your project needs.

Works with All Makes of Devices

Deviceware is a service that can be used with a variety of manufacturers' equipment, including various brands of diagnostic instruments for audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, ABR, fittling systems and video otoscopy.

Most newer devices are PC-controlled and can be used with Deviceware, Devices that are not PC-based will not be compatible, due to their inability to be remotely managed and controlled.

Custom Integration

Some devices, such as video otoscopes and legacy equipment such as older audiometers may need special adapters or integration that may not be straightforward. We can assist with creating or designing tools, adapters and hardware or software interfaces that can be used for this purpose. We have engineering staff members who are expert in solving difficult integration and interface issues to ensure your equipment works reliably with Deviceware.
